- Advisory Services Mission
- Mission: To offer ecopreneurs access to seasoned business executives in providing feedback and guidance in improving their business vision.
- Plan submission process
- Plans will be submitted on-line via Business Catapult web site
- The submitted plan will be assigned to a Lead Advisor. The Lead Advisor will contact the Ecopreneur within 72 hours of assignment to confirm receipt of the company information, answer any initial questions and exchange contact information.
- Evaluation Process
- In cooperation with Business Catapult, Advisory Services will utilize the following tools to assess your plan: 1. The Benchmark Survey; 2. The Investment Summary; and 3. Your Executive Summary
- Plans will be assigned and reviewed by two - four advisors.
- Each advisor will review score and comment on submitted plans within fourteen days of new submission notification.
- The Lead Advisor will compile the Advisory Board member comments and schedule a call with the Ecopreneur. Comments will be released in advance of the call to the Ecopreneur online in their submitted investment summary. Board members will be notified of the review and are encouraged to participate in each call.
- On the call the Lead Advisor will review the submitted Benchmark survey, the investment summary and their executive summary, as well as the advisor comments. The call is meant to be interactive in sharing the results, ideas and answering any questions. A follow-up call may be scheduled at the discretion of the Lead Advisor.
